When you apply for a loan, the information you provide is governed by the application provider's and the lender's privacy notices.
How information is used and shared
We do not sell your personal information. Information you provide to us directly (by phone or email) is used to respond to your inquiry and to assist with the mortgage services you request, and may be shared with Hughes Lending Solutions LLC and service providers as reasonably necessary to provide those services or as required by law.
Mortgage applicants (GLBA)
If you apply for a mortgage loan, you will receive a separate privacy notice under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act describing how your financial information is collected, used, and protected in connection with your application. That notice — not this website policy — governs the loan process.
Children's privacy
This Site is intended for adults, is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
